Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of all guests to be aware and act in accordance to our Terms & Conditions. By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

Rates are in AUD and include GST.  Rates are for room only unless otherwise stated.

​

Arrival after 2pm & Departure prior to 10am. Early Check-in and Late Check Outs may be accommodated but must be pre-arranged and will be subject to availability.

Camp fires are in nominated areas only.

​

Firewood collection is prohibited in the Flinders Ranges, including Pichi Richi Park. Fire wood is available for purchase at the park or you can bring your own.

The park is reliant on Rain Water. We ask that you be water wise. 

​

IMPORTANT: We have Telstra 4G phone service at Pichi Richi Park. For Optus or Vodaphone service you will need to travel to nearby town (10minute drive) for coverage. We do have a landline phone at the property managers house for emergency use.

Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings

Full payment is required at time of booking. 

If booking is cancelled more than 7 days before your arrival you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee

If booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee

​

No shows or cancellations after Check in – 100% cancellation fee

 

Group Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of 20% per person must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

​

Final numbers must be finalised with 14 days of arrival.

​

If booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival your deposit is non-refundable

​

Full payment for balance of group booking must be paid prior to departure

 

Function bookings

A non-refundable deposit of $300 must be paid within 7 days of booking to confirm your function.  This deposit will be taken off the balance of your final payment.

Full payment for event must be paid at the conclusion of your function
