Pichi Richi Park


Pichi Richi Park has several peaceful, secluded and private campsites

scattered around the property

where you can immerse yourself in the natural Flinders Ranges bushland.

Some sites are easily accessed by

two wheel drive vehicles and others require all wheel drive

or four wheel drive.

Access to toilet, shower and bathroom facilities are available a short drive away, back at the venue.

  • Observe Flinders Ranges wildlife in its natural habitat. Kangaroos & Emus are frequent visitors to Pichi Richi Park.

  • Abundant birdlife to observe & beautiful wildflowers in bloom at certain times of the year.

  • Pichi Richi Park walking trails up to ridge tops incorporating the Heysen Trail providing incredible views north, south, east & west.

  • Explore beautiful Jacob’s Gully

  • Meander alongside the historic Pichi Richi Railway & train spot the historic trains when they tootle past (train timetable dependent)

  • Ride your mountain bike along our trails – easy level

  • Relax in your natural surroundings & enjoy a sundowner as the sun sets over Devils Peak & Mount Brown
